Extreme Freestylers Chillin' at The Arc de Triomphe
Paris is an amazing city, a city filled with so much culture, so much life, and the streets ruminate with the smells of fresh baked baquettes and other wonderful pastries to delight the senses. One of the most spectacular monuments in Paris is the Arc de Triomphe, an arch smack dab in the middle of Paris, creating a traffic circle that can either be your best friend or your worst nightmare! I'm sure plenty of Frenchmen and tourists alike have been stranded in a never ending traffic circle not knowing whether they should go left or bomb right for the shoulder. Well we had the opportunity to shoot with Nate Adams while doing press related events promoting the Extreme Freestylers tour, and I can tell you, the traffic was crazy! Thankfully we had French drivers so we had good pilots to navigate us through that mess! Not to take away from this unbelievable piece of architecture, it really is amazing sight to see in person, the ominous arches, the beautiful low relief sculpture and just the sheer magnitude of this piece of art is tremendous. It was really cool shooting and developing media in such a place with such history, and such importance to one of the greatest cities in the world. Just in case you didn't know the Arc de Triomphe or "Triumphal Arch" honours those who fought and died for France in the French Revolutionary and the Napoleonic Wars, with the names of all French victories and generals inscribed on its inner and outer surfaces. Beneath its vault lies the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier from World War I. The cool thing is, the Extreme Freestylers crew came to Paris, shot in Paris, and really gained an appreciation for what is really important in Paris, The wine!

Extreme Freestyler Nate Adams "Foaming it up!"
Murrieta, California, the scene of World Champion Freestyle Motocrosser Nate "Patchy"Adams practicing his underflip variations at his Target sponsored foam pit. Nate is really pushing the envelope today and you can see it in every run he makes. With the temperature in the 90's, this is hard work in the FMX world! "I need to push myself everyday, and need to practice everyday in order to be the best!" Says, Nate. With the variety of tricks you need in order to be competitive in the world of freestyle nowadays, the foam pit is a vital asset in the development of the up and coming stars today. 10 years ago when guys like Mike Metzger and Carey Hart started to develop trick variation trick, they did them to dirt, and they paid the price. With the evolution of the Flip Bar, along with the foam pit, this innovations have inspired a whole new trick evolution that will keep the FMX game on top, and for a long time. As the day ended Robbie Maddison Nate's neighbor stopped by and said "Go see the Extreme Freestylers, it's gonna be sick!"

Extreme Freestyler spotted in the Swiss Alps flying!
Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland! The flying man has been spotted and he's pinned off a 2500 foot vertical drop! "It was the most amazing feat of mankind I've seen in my 15 years of developing action sports media!" said, Extreme Freestylers Digital Media Director Scotty Avalos. In a collaboration with Chello Zone, the EXFMX crew was putting in some seriously dangerous media production and it paid off. Ted Davenport was diving the High Ultimate, a take off point for the wing suit daredevils in Switzerland. An action point developed for the sport of wingsuit flying, and the only one of it's kind in the world! Nestled in the Swiss Alps, this spot has been getting world wide recognition for its ominous cliffs and unbelievable views. In the shadow of the Eiger another summer jump spot, this is as good as it gets for wingsuiters! The scenic portrait for Peter Jackson's "Lord of the Rings" film development, this spot is simply amazing. A short tram or gondola ride up the mountain and you land into a winter wonderland. A storybook Swiss village overlooks the take off point. The diving board like apparatus was set into the top of the cliff face and is a marvel of construction and is the final point of land you will feel before you trace the 2500 foot vertical drop to parachute into the farmland below. When you look over the side the cars and people look like ants, you are committed a %100 and there is no turning back from this sport. Flying has become a reality and these guys are doing it. Look for Ted Davenport to be winging it into a Extreme Freestylers event near you, you never know which one, but believe me, the entrance will be the entrance of a lifetime!

Extreme Freestyler Libor Podmol takes on Berlin!
The Berlin wall will never be the same again. The EXFMX crew threw down some serious action as Extreme Freestyler Libor Podmol took down the competition at the infamous Night of Jumps. After a day filming with the Remi Bouzard, and Mob Syndicate's Javier Villegas, at the Berlin Wall, Libor was hungry for some action. He spat out the competition with an insane final run, doing some amazing back flip variations and fatally wounding the less fortunate of the day with his vicious under flip combos! The other competitors really didn't even stand a chance, Libor walked out of the 02 Arena 10,000 Euros richer! LM Action Sports Management would be proud!
