Extreme Freestylers Chillin' at The Arc de Triomphe

Paris is an amazing city, a city filled with so much culture, so much life, and the streets ruminate with the smells of fresh baked baquettes and other wonderful pastries to delight the senses.   One of the most spectacular monuments in Paris is the Arc de Triomphe, an arch smack dab in the middle of Paris, creating a traffic circle that can either be your best friend or your worst nightmare!  I'm sure plenty of Frenchmen and tourists alike have been stranded in a never ending traffic circle not knowing whether they should go left or bomb right for the shoulder.  Well we had the opportunity to shoot with Nate Adams while doing press related events promoting the Extreme Freestylers tour,  and I can tell you, the traffic was crazy!  Thankfully we had French drivers so we had good pilots to navigate us through that mess!  Not to take away from this unbelievable piece of architecture, it really is amazing sight to see in person, the ominous arches, the beautiful low relief sculpture and just the sheer magnitude of this piece of art is tremendous.  It was really cool shooting and developing media in such a place with such history, and such importance to one of the greatest cities in the world.  Just in case you didn't know the Arc de Triomphe or "Triumphal Arch" honours those who fought and died for France in the French Revolutionary and the Napoleonic Wars, with the names of all French victories and generals inscribed on its inner and outer surfaces. Beneath its vault lies the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier from World War I.  The cool thing is, the Extreme Freestylers crew came to Paris, shot in Paris, and really gained an appreciation for what is really important in Paris, The wine!
